Extracting teeth is linked to a slimmer face? Removing wisdom teeth will slim your face? The answer is removing teeth and a slimmer face are not linked. Therefore, for those who want to slim their face extracting teeth is not an option.

Orthodontic procedures can solve problems such as malocclusion which can affect face shape but after removal of teeth and braces it can improve one third of the face. Of course, this will depend on the severity of malocclusion and if this has directly impacted aesthetics.
